Job summary

Dubo Électrique Ltd. est une entreprise privée spécialisée dans la distribution d'équipement électrique et d'éclairage, présente au sein de sept branches.

Elle recherche une personne organisée, orientée client, pour rejoindre le service comptabilité. Vous assurerez la facturation client, le traitement des litiges et la participation à la clôture mensuelle, tout en collaborant avec les équipes Ventes, Logistique et Comptabilité.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise des principes comptables de base et facturation.
• Rigueur, attention aux détails et respect des échéances.
• Capacité à communiquer clairement avec clients et équipes internes.

Responsibilities

• Envoyer les factures aux clients selon le mode de livraison préféré.
• Répondre aux questions clients sur les factures et escalader les problèmes.
• Vérifier les informations (prix, quantités, taxes, termes commerciaux).
• Appliquer remises, commissions, frais ou pénalités et ajustements.
• Préparer les avoirs en cas d’erreurs ou de retours.
• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et respecter les délais.
• Gérer les litiges liés aux prix, écarts ou factures en double.
• Réaliser les tâches du département comptes fournisseurs (factures fournisseurs, suivi des relevés).
• Collaborer avec les équipes Ventes, Logistique, Opérations et Comptabilité.
• Maintenir un haut niveau de service et de communication.

Escalate potential issues to the supervisor;* Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms);* Apply the required discounts, rebates, fees, penalties, or adjustments;* Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns;* Participate in month-end closings while meeting deadlines;* Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices;* Manage disputes involving pricing errors, discrepancies, or duplicate invoices;* Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements);* Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams;* Maintain a high standard of service and communication.# **Pourquoi se joindre à nous**On est un acteur majeur, engagé dans la transformation énergétique au Canada.
