Job summary

Dubo Électrique Ltd. est à la recherche d'un préposé d'entrepôt pour Québec afin de décharger les livraisons, organiser les stocks et préparer les commandes clients avec précision et efficacité.

Vous travaillerez dans un entrepôt propre et chauffé, serez autonome et attentif à la sécurité. Un esprit d'équipe et une orientation service sont essentiels pour ce poste.

Qualifications

• Capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 lbs.
• Capable de travailler avec un ordinateur et du matériel mobile.
• Bon esprit d'équipe, attentif, et orienté service.
• Fiable, méticuleux et autonome.
• Disposé à suivre les pratiques de sécurité.

Responsibilities

• Décharger les livraisons, vérifier la quantité et la qualité des marchandises reçues.
• Signaler immédiatement toute divergence ou dommage constaté.
• Placer et organiser les inventaires selon les pratiques du centre.
• Préparer avec soin les commandes clients, en respectant les délais.
• Maintenir l'espace de travail propre, organisé et sûr en tout temps.
• Proposer des améliorations pour rendre l'entrepôt plus fonctionnel et efficace.
• Aider le service client au comptoir et le marchandisage.

Able lift up to 50 lbs and a commitment to working safely. Comfortable working with computers and mobile equipment.

• Unload deliveries, check the quantity and quality of received goods.


• Immediately report any discrepancies or damages detected.


• Place and organize inventory according to the center's practices.


• Carefully prepare customer orders, respecting deadlines.


• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.


• Suggest improvements to make the warehouse more functional and efficient.


• Assist with customer service at the counter and merchandising.
