Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking an organized Billing Specialist to own the invoicing cycle from review of engagement letters to sending invoices via email and client portals. About the Opportunity

• Own the invoicing cycle end to end, from reviewing engagement letters and supporting documentation through preparing, finalizing, and submitting client invoices via email and client portals
• Manage accounts receivable, including preparing aging reports and client statements, following up on outstanding balances, and reconciling client accounts
• Maintain billing records, client portal information, and purchase order tracking, while supporting system conversions and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work

Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 per year
