Citco is seeking a Supervisor, Investor Relations (Private Assets) in Toronto, offering a hybrid work model. You will oversee investor relations administration for hedge funds and private equity funds, lead a small team of admins, and ensure accurate investor data and timely transactions.

The role requires a accounting/finance/business degree and 5+ years in investor relations, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Salary CAD 76,000–92,000 with benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in investor relations, preferably private equity/hedge funds.
• Active interest in financial markets, hedge funds and private equity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Administer investor relations activities for hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Lead and develop a small team of admins.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and investors.
• Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
