Job summary

Citco is seeking an Investor Relations Administrator (Hedge Funds) in Toronto, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on supporting investor communications, maintaining records, and coordinating with Fund Managers.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education and 1–3 years in Client Services, with knowledge of hedge funds or mutual funds and experience in an investor relations/transfer agency environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Client Services.
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry is an advantage.
• Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the subscription agreements
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation
• Maintain all electronic and physical investor records
• Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
• Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases; produce investor statements and correspondence
• Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails
• Assist with various projects as assigned
