Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Administrator to support fund administration operations.

You will review subscription agreements, follow up with investors, maintain records, handle investor communications, and assist with bank accounts and daily performance releases. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in client services and strong MS Office/Excel skills. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry preferred.
• Experience in Investor Relations within a transfer agency environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and client service.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff.
• Follow up with Investors on missing documentation
• Maintain all electronic and physical Investor records
• Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
• Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases
• Produce investor statements and correspondence
• Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails
• Assist with various projects as assigned

Qualifications

About You

• You have a post-secondary education.
• Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services
• Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts preferred
• Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment, is preferred
• Possess exceptional attention to detail
• Strong client service skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks
• Work independently and understand when to elevate
• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures

Salary Range: CAD $62,000 - CAD $72,000
