Ourboro offers a completely new way to buy and own homes. We do this by solving the #1 barrier to home ownership - the down payment. We invest up to $250K in our customers' homes. It's not a loan, so there is no interest and no additional debt. Instead, as a partner, we buy a share of the future value of the home.
When it's time to sell, we participate in our fair share of the gains or losses. In the last 3 years, we're invested in nearly $200M of real estate alongside our homebuyers. It's a good start. But our goal is to build $1B in new equity for our homeowners over the next 10 years, providing an opportunity for them to build wealth for their children and their children's children.
About The Team
We thrive on ambitious ideas, collaborative work, and encourage ownership at every level. You will work with kind, thoughtful people who genuinely root for your success. With strong financial backing and rapidly growing impact, we're poised to disrupt the real estate and homebuying market in a BIG way.
The Investment Analyst will join a lean investment team that is currently deploying funds on behalf of its LPs. Using our valuation models and our investment guidelines, you will provide assessments on fair market value for potential acquisitions, buyouts, sales and renovations.
You will work closely with the CIO to ensure investments are managed appropriately and effectively - from advising on changes to our investment guidelines to investor reporting to supporting due diligence.
