Job summary

Precision Drilling seeks a Shop-Based Shipper/Receiver to manage shipping, receiving and inventory control in our shop environment. You will handle materials, equipment, and documentation, ensuring accurate transactions and safe operation of material-handling gear.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required; vocational/technical warehousing studies are assets.
1–2 years in warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics or material handling.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including picking, packing, staging, loading and documentation.
Receive, inspect, label, and distribute materials while addressing discrepancies or damage.
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment per safety rules.
Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts and support stock replenishment.
