Job Overview

Reporting to the Receiving + Inventory Control Supervisor, the Inventory Coordinator will ensure the accuracy of both fresh and frozen products at our Madill facility.

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory daily through cycle counts
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment and physical condition
• Collaborate with Operations, Shipping, and Quality Assurance teams
• Provide backup support for inventory and QA shipping staff
• Follow departmental policies, processes, and SOPs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ inventory experience in the food industry, preferably in a unionized environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards (CFIA, GMP, HACCP, BRC)
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS
• Analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or 5 years related experience
