Raise is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst I on a contract basis in Calgary, AB. You will manage material movements in the ERP, including receiving, consuming and production write-ons, and assure master data accuracy.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy through cycle counts, issue investigations, and collaboration with the master data owner to correct records and deactivate obsolete ones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory management experience in manufacturing or oil & gas environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Fishbowl, SAP, Oracle.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Inventory Control Analyst I

• Pay Rate: $32/hour (on W2)
• Location: Calgary, AB T2C 3G3

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Overview

Responsible for completing material movements in the ERP including receiving, consuming and production write on and ensuring accurate master data

Responsibilities

• Complete all inbound and outbound material movements in ERP
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit adjustments with proper documentation to the inventory owner
• Contribute to inventory accuracy initiatives such as cycle counts
• Identify master data integrity issues and elevate to the master data owner when changes are needed or records should be deactivated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or oil & gas environment, preferably with downhole tools or precision components
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Fishbowl, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
