Job summary

Hypertec, Montreal-based global technology company, is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join the Warehouse team. You will maintain inventory records, run cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS/ERP, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel is preferred for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Receive, verify, and process inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities as required.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
