Job summary

The Wood Automotive Group, a major Alberta auto retailer, seeks an Internet Sales Advisor for the South Centre Volkswagen dealership in Calgary. You will build online relationships with customers, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments to assist in the purchase of new or pre-owned vehicles.

The role emphasizes tech-savviness, strong communication, and organized customer follow-up. Automotive sales experience is beneficial as we aim to grow our online car sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.

About the Internet Sales Advisor Position:

The right candidate will be responsible for the establishment of on-line relationships with all of our current and potential customers seeking information about their new or pre-owned vehicle purchase via our company website and various other websites.

This position will be responsible for continued online follow up adding to the client purchasing process. In addition, the Internet Sales Advisor will also be accountable for setting up appointments through internet leads.

The successful candidate must be tech savvy, outgoing, determined and organized, with great customer follow up. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, are necessary.

Previous Automotive Sales experience would be considered a great asset.
