Job summary

Metro Wallcoverings in Montreal seeks a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to support clients via email and phone, ensuring friendly, accurate responses and timely order processing.

You will coordinate with logistics and sales teams, manage CRM data, and help maintain smooth delivery and invoicing while delivering exceptional service in both French and English.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

Description

Offer excellent customer service while answering all emails / calls from clients

• Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible
• Handle order entry, ensure order accuracy, and follow up with customers to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Track and monitor the status of orders and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer communications and orders
• Update order documents on shared company drive
• Assure accounts are complete and maintained in CRM system
• Support the sales team with checking stock, price checking, email pricing.
• Process returns and replacements as needed
