Position Summary

The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing client inquiries, overseeing store lead coordination, and ensuring timely follow-up and conversion opportunities. This role acts as the primary point of contact for incoming customer requests while directing and monitoring lead distribution to the store management team to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This is a 100% in-office role in our Laval office.
