Job summary

BBA Consultants seeks a Trainee to assist the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced environment in Canada. You will support posting openings, screening requests, data entry, and event logistics for campus recruitment while collaborating with international offices.

You will bring a sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork, contributing to project work and daily operations. This entry role offers exposure to HR workflows across multiple Canadian offices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, business administration or other relevant training/experience.
• Advanced English skills to collaborate with other BBA offices and clients in English-speaking provinces and internationally.
• Advanced French skills to collaborate with Quebec offices/clients.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Ability and interest in using technologies; rigour at work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a team, anticipate needs and take necessary actions.
• Asset: experience in administrative support position.

• Perform pre-employment screening requests.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Help prepare hiring proposal packages.
• Participate in preliminary analyses.
• Help ensure campus recruiting runs smoothly, including event logistics and support for interns.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with talent acquisition advisors.
• Support the team with daily tasks and in completing projects.
