BBA Consultants in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC, Canada is seeking a Senior Advisor, Marketing to elevate our brand across mining, energy and natural resources sectors.

You will develop multichannel content marketing, showcase experts and projects, and lead storytelling across digital and traditional channels, while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ten years of marketing communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Advanced English for collaboration with offices and clients.
• Advanced French for collaboration with Québec offices.
• Strong writing skills and knowledge of AI tools.
• Expertise in social media and digital communication platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and video production tools.
• Experience in media planning and buying.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multichannel content marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Marketing Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and executing content marketing initiatives that showcase our experts, projects, approach, and responsible commitments. Through compelling storytelling delivered across digital and traditional channels, you will help strengthen our market positioning and support our business objectives.

• Develop and implement multichannel communicationplans (social media, public relations, digital and traditionaladvertising, etc.) to support the firm's business objectives
• Stay informed about industry trends and currentevents and propose thought leadership initiatives
• Support leaders and internal teams duringstrategic announcements (appointments, office openings, mergers andacquisitions, etc.) and help prepare applications for major awards andrankings
• Serve as the go-to resource for digital platformsto keep BBA ahead of emerging trends, particularly in social media
• Brief and collaborate with external partners inimplementing initiatives (video, advertising, graphic design and publicrelations agencies)
• Guide and coach leaders and experts in promotingthe firm through employee advocacy initiatives
• Work closely with experts to gather theinformation needed to create engaging and impactful storytelling, drivenby creative ideas, execution discipline and rigorous deadline management

Summary of certifications andjob requirements

• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience inmarketing communications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications oranother relevant field of study
• Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
• Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
• Strong writing skills and a good knowledge of AItools to optimize content production
• Excellent knowledge of social media and digitalcommunication platforms
• Comfortable with and a strong interest in graphicand video production tools (e.g., Canva)
• Asset: experience in media planning and buying
