Job summary

Bombardier invites engineering students in Canada to join a 12-month internship in Mississauga, combining hands-on aircraft operations with data-driven learning. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating across teams while applying your developing project management and communication skills.

You will gain exposure to MES/NCMS, scripting basics (Python/SQL), and the Microsoft Office suite, with a base hourly salary ranging CAD 17.95–31.00.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate engineering or related program.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and capable of team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills with Excel, PowerPoint, MES, NCMS and basic scripting (Python/SQL).
• Gain exposure to data-driven tools for process optimization and analytics.
• Participate in leadership meetings to learn strategic planning and governance.
• Learn aircraft systems, parts, and the manufacturing process while building soft skills.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
