Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, Quebec seeks a motivated intern to organize and coordinate educational events, create communication materials, and support recruitment initiatives for internships and work-study programs. You will work with Human Resources, Marketing and Operations in a hybrid setting.

You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Marketing, or Communications; you are meticulous, organized, autonomous, and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with strong English and French

• You have strong writing and speaking skills in English and French.
• You are able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities.
• Create communication materials to promote initiatives externally and internally.
• Manage event logistics: bookings, invitations, and promo materials.
• Monitor impact and collect feedback from collaborators.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and Operations to align initiatives.
• Support recruitment by involving students in internships and work-study programs.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities to raise awareness of aviation-related professions.
• Create communication materials to promote initiatives externally and internally
• Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations and promotional material
• Monitor and analyze the impact of events, collect data on participation rate and feedback from collaborators
• Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Marketing, Operations) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of educational initiatives
• Support recruitment initiatives by facilitating the involvement of young talent in our internship and work-study programs

How to thrive in this role?

• You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Political science, Marketing, Communication or other
• You are meticulous and have a rigorous work ethic
• You are organized: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several tasks simultaneously
• You are autonomous and proactive
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (English and French)
• You have good interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a team and to be professional in stressful situations
