Job summary

Bombardier invites applications for an Intern, Communications Operational Excellence (Winter 2027) in Dorval, QC. The 8‑month hybrid internship supports internal communications, content creation, and SharePoint management.

You will help promote continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement while gaining exposure to corporate communications. You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications or a related field, with strong English writing skills and comfort with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong ability to organize and structure information, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication materials (presentations, documents, infographics, internal articles).
• Refine messages for employees, leaders, and communities of practice.
• Update, organize and optimize content on SharePoint.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, training programs, special projects).
• Plan and execute recognition events highlighting team accomplishments.
• Coordinate internal events (workshops, meetings, forums, employee engagement).
• Create content for social platforms (LinkedIn).
• Prepare materials and supporting documentation for meetings and trainings.

What are your contributions to the team?

Contribute to the development of communication materials, including presentations, documents, infographics, and internal articles.

Support the formatting and refinement of messages tailored to various audiences, including employees, leaders, and communities of practice.

Assist in updating, organizing, and optimizing content on SharePoint.

How to thrive in this role?
