Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern, Strategic Program Analyst (Winter 2027) in Dorval, QC. You will participate in strategic projects for Global 5500/6500/7500/8000 and Challenger lines, coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting performance indicators. The role emphasizes learning, leadership, and hands-on contribution to tools and processes.

Open to students only, with a hybrid work setup and occasional travel for training purposes. Location: Dorval, QC, Canada.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or project management.
• Shows natural leadership and strong team integration skills.
• Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and step out of your comfort zone.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills in a business context.
• Autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and has knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of VBA and advanced Office tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management of multiple major strategic projects within the “Structure” commodity, by analyzing potential impacts on costs and timelines.
• Harmonizing action plans and ensuring smooth implementation of changes on the production line.
• Preparing and leading meetings with cross-functional teams, presenting performance indicators to stakeholders and executives.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes by integrating your ideas and expertise.

You will actively participate in strategic projects related to the launch and evolution of our business aircraft: Global 5500, 6500, 7500, 8000, and Challenger 650 & 3500. Your main responsibilities will include:
