Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience
• Knowledge of plumbing & lighting products is an asset
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Final candidates will undergo assessment and security screening including a criminal record check
• Reliable Saturday availability is required

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners
• Assess customers’ needs and guide product selection and purchase
• Respond to inquiries with pricing, inventory, and delivery information
• Handle special orders and returns in a timely fashion
• Provide quotes and follow-ups
• Maintain showroom displays with current information
• Promote the Bartle & Gibson showrooms via social media
• Attend industry events and participate in team collaboration
