Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking an Interim Lead to steer store performance and create an inspiring, client-first environment. You will mentor the team, coach for growth, and drive sales while upholding Sephora standards and brand initiatives.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting and a commitment to inclusivity and excellence. The position is based at MB-Polo Park (0526) in Winnipeg, with full-time hours and a schedule that covers peak operation times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
