Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at our Saskatoon store to drive client experiences, coach a high-performing team, and lead day-to-day operations. You will inspire through coaching, elevate product knowledge, and ensure exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a leadership position within retail or service environments, with a client-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr.
