Sephora Canada in Sherwood Park, AB is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a high-performing team, inspire exceptional client service, and drive sales through coaching and product knowledge.

You will manage daily store operations, training, inventory, and visual merchandising while promoting inclusivity in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
