Job summary

Sephora Canada in Sherwood Park is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a dynamic team at AB-Emerald Hills (1572). You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, elevate client experiences, and drive store success through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail or service, strong communication, and the ability to manage daily operations, inventory, and Sephora standards, with a CAD$20.00–CAD$23.55 per hour wage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr.
