Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at our Regina store (SK-Cornwall Centre) to lead by example, coach the team, elevate client experiences, and drive sales. This role focuses on performance, inclusivity, and a client-first mindset.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor associates, and ensure brand standards while working a schedule that covers peak retail hours. Compensation ranges CAD$20.00–CAD$23.55 per hour, with bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail or service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Qualifications/Experience
