Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at the ON-Pen Centre store to guide a high-performing team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You will coach, collaborate, and model service excellence while maintaining an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

You’ll lead by example, nurture talent, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and leverage Sephora loyalty programs to personalize service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr.
