Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at the London, ON store to drive client experiences and sales performance. You will lead by example, coach the team, and uphold Sephora standards to create an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, inventory and merchandising support, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a minimum of two years in a leadership position within retail or service sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

• The compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr.
