Sephora Canada Kamloops is seeking an Interim Client Experience Lead to guide and motivate the store team. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and drive exceptional client service while achieving sales goals.

You will train and develop staff, share product knowledge, and maintain high standards in merchandising, inventory, and store operations. This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development.
• Train and develop via onboarding and continuous service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower everyone.
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
