Job description

Overview

Job Description Fleetway is hiring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support the delivery and long-term sustainment of Canada’s next generation naval platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the development of maintenance strategies, sparing and provisioning solutions, and life cycle support products that ensure complex marine systems remain available, reliable, and supportable throughout their service life.

Working closely with engineering, program, and service delivery teams, you will perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to inform design decisions and downstream sustainment planning. You will analyze data, support obsolescence management, and contribute to the development of high-quality ILS deliverables for internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.

This role is open to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior professionals. Responsibilities and level of autonomy will be tailored based on experience, with opportunities for senior resources to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.

We are committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Fleetway is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive. We encourage applicants to self-identify if they belong to an underrepresented group, as part of our commitment to equitable hiring practices and fostering a truly inclusive workforce. If you require accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know—we're happy to help.
