Working closely with engineering, program, and service delivery teams, you will perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to inform design decisions and downstream sustainment planning. You will analyze data, support obsolescence management, and contribute to the development of high-quality ILS deliverables for internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.

This role is open to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior professionals. Responsibilities and level of autonomy will be tailored based on experience, with opportunities for senior resources to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and support Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to support engineering design, maintenance concept development, and life cycle support planning for marine systems and equipment.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver ILS data and analysis outputs that support the creation of maintenance plans, sparing strategies, and other life cycle support products for customers, management, and subcontractors.
  • Establish and execute obsolescence monitoring and resolution activities, including identification of at-risk components and support to mitigation planning.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of S1000D technical publications, ensuring alignment with contractual, quality, and configuration requirements.
  • Support asset management and maintenance management activities associated with capital assets, including data analysis, sustainment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Integrated Logistics Support, maintenance planning, and sustainment considerations, collaborating closely with engineering and program teams.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities related to ILS deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • For intermediate and senior resources, provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members and support knowledge transfer within the team.
  • For senior resources, contribute to project coordination and planning activities, including task estimation, work planning, and team leadership as required.
Qualifications

This role is open to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior candidates. Responsibilities, scope, and level of autonomy will be aligned with experience.

  • Intermediate: 4-8 years of relevant experience supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), maintenance planning, logistics analysis, or engineering programs
  • Senior: 8+ years of progressive experience in ILS, sustainment engineering, or life cycle management, including technical leadership, mentoring, or project coordination responsibilities

Core Requirements

  • Interest in naval engineering, logistics, sustainment, and systems thinking
