The schedule is Monday to Friday. The incumbent will handle multi-line calls, coordinate with physicians and clients, ensure confidentiality, and maintain accurate records in IME Centric.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one year related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in a medical or legal office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles intake of new referrals from various sources.
• Reviews for complete information and appropriate assessor for benefits.
• Inputs referral information into IME Centric and adds case notes.
• Schedules examinations and confirms appointment dates with offices.
• Communicates with clients regarding scheduling, changes, and records.
• Coordinates with clients to obtain required medical records prior to examination.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures accurate documentation in systems.
