Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process referral files and documentation.
• Identify missing or incorrect submissions and follow up.
• Route files to reviewers and track progression through stages.
• Monitor turnaround times and escalate delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate between administrative, clinical, and physician review functions.
• Maintain accurate file tracking and QA checks for completeness.
