Job summary

A community-focused employment service in Ontario is seeking a Case Manager for a Full-Time position. The role involves providing protection services to children on behalf of Anishinabek families. Ideal candidates will have a minimum post-secondary education, a valid Class G driver's license, and at least two years of relevant experience. Benefits include a flexible schedule, generous paid vacation, and health plans. The position offers a wage range of $32.66 to $41.37 hourly and applications are encouraged from all qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience with Anishinabek families is required.
  • Child Welfare experience is preferred.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Search is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide protection of children through Intake, Protection, Child Care, and Emergency After Hours.
  • Perform duties in accordance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Travel regularly and act on an 'on-call' basis as required.

Skills

Experience with Anishinabek children, youth, individuals and families
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid Class G Driver’s License

Education

Minimum post-secondary Diploma
Four-year HBSW preferred
