Qualifications
Minimum three years related experience in direct service delivery to adults with serious mental illness.
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use issues.
Valid Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement care plans with monitoring until clients are discharged.
