Job summary

Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka – Parry Sound (CMHAMPS) is hiring a Case Manager for Adult Protective Services. This permanent, part-time role (14 hours/week) is based in Parry Sound.

The incumbent provides case management for adults with developmental disabilities to promote independence, with flexible day/evening shifts including weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $28.95 to $39.09 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals living with a developmental disability in the community.
• Experience providing case management services.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and the social service system.
• A valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
