You’ll provide Home, Auto, and Life insurance solutions, build relationships with dealers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lawyers, and develop leads through value-driven conversations.

Competenze

• 3+ years customer service experience in Canada.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Strong grasp of English language.
• Problem-solving mindset and multitasking in a high-energy environment.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory - we'll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).
