Desjardins Insurance Agency in Cambridge, ON is seeking an Insurance Sales & Client Success Specialist to join a top-performing team. You will provide Home, Auto, and Life insurance solutions and build relationships with local dealerships and professionals.

This full-time role offers a base salary of 48,000 CAD plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings of 65,000–90,000 CAD and potential to exceed 100,000 CAD. Training, coaching, and growth into agency ownership are available.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP; sponsorship available.
