Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking an Insurance Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from emergency response to final walkthrough. You will manage mitigation, reconstruction, budgets, and communication with homeowners, commercial clients, adjusters, and subcontractors.

Day-to-day duties include building schedules, preparing estimates in Xactimate, negotiating scope with adjusters, and ensuring profitability across multiple jobs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in insurance restoration, construction, or property restoration.
• Experience preparing estimates in Xactimate or equivalent software.
• Strong communication with homeowners, clients, adjusters, and crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple restoration projects from emergency mitigation through final completion.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate mitigation, demolition, drying, reconstruction, and close-out.
• Prepare accurate estimates in Xactimate and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
• Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor profitability.
• Act as primary contact for clients, adjusters, brokers, and consultants.
• Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors, schedule inspections, permits, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain complete project files, including daily progress reports, photos, and change orders.
• Enforce OHSA health and safety policies on site.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients and complete close-out documents.
