Responsibilities

• Build a network of professional relationships, identify new leads, and qualify opportunities that meet company standards as prospects.
• Establish, cultivate, and manage customer relations with clients and carrier partners across the organization.
• Conduct risk management surveys, determine insurance coverage needs, and advise clients with coverage options.
• Provide continuous professional advice for improving insurance and risk management programs for clients.
• Secure and prepare documentation for proposals and quotes for coverage by marketing and service teams.
• Present and sell new business and renewal proposals to prospective and existing clients.
