In this role you will conduct risk assessments, prepare renewal proposals, present quotes, and support the service teams with coverage options. The position offers base pay with commissions/bonuses and a collaborative, customer‑first culture.

Responsibilities

• Build a network of professional relationships and qualify opportunities.
• Establish and manage client relationships with carrier partners.
• Conduct risk management surveys and advise on coverage options.

• Present and sell new business and renewals to client decisionmakers.
• Follow brokerage guidelines, policies, and procedures.
