Brown & Brown Canada in Markham, Ontario is seeking a detail‑oriented Producer to join our growing team. You will build a network of client and carrier relationships, qualify opportunities, and tailor insurance programs to meet customer needs.

In this role you will conduct risk assessments, prepare renewal proposals, present quotes, and support the service teams with coverage options. The position offers base pay with commissions/bonuses and a collaborative, customer‑first culture.

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer to join our growing team in Markham, Ontario.How You Will Contribute:Build a network of professional relationships, identify new leads, and qualify opportunities that meet company standards as prospects.Establish, cultivate, and manage customer relations with clients, as well as professional relationships with carrier partners and internal resources throughout the organization.Conduct risk management surveys, determine insurance coverage needs, advise existing and prospective clients with insurance coverage options.Provide continuous professional advice for improving the insurance and risk management programs of existing and prospective clients.Secure and prepare documentation in the development of new business and renewal proposals and for the negotiation of quotes for placement of coverage by the marketing and service teams.Present and sell new business and renewal proposals, including educational materials for value-add services, to prospective and existing client decisionmakers, respectively.Review and resolve client disputes regarding complex claims.Follow brokerage guidelines, policies, and proceduresActively participate in social, civic, trade organizations and industry associates which will assist in promoting Profit Center’s image.Promote teamwork within the department and profit center through support, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude.Pay Range100,000.00 - 150,000.00 AnnualActual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and work location.
