An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Producer—a self-motivated, engaging, and results-driven professional who excels at building lasting relationships. In this role, you'll develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lines and/or surety business, connecting with potential clients through networking, referrals, and collaboration. By understanding each client's business and risk profile, you'll craft tailored insurance solutions and contribute meaningfully to the brokerage’s continued success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least five years of experience in personal and commercial insurance who thrives in a relationship-focused, goal-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include driving new business development, overseeing account renewals, and working closely with internal teams to market risks to insurers.
