Hello World Recruitment is helping a Toronto-based insurance brokerage recruit independent brokers to join a fast-growing team. This role offers the freedom to work remotely while building a portfolio of clients in property & casualty insurance.

Responsibilities include business development, building client relationships, managing renewals, and tailoring insurance solutions. You’ll analyze risk and provide service to a growing client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance brokerage.
• Valid broker license (RIBO) required.
• Strong motivation for business development and new business acquisition.
