Role Description

The Insurance Producer ("Remote/Hybrid") is a full-time role based in Vaughan, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting insurance needs assessments, and recommending suitable personal and commercial insurance products. The Insurance Producer will prepare quotes, present coverage options, and process applications and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, supporting claims-related questions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and compliance with industry regulations. The role also requires collaboration with internal team members and insurers to optimize coverage solutions and meet sales targets.
