Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and the sale of appropriate products and services
• Work with the agent and other Team Members to establish and meet/exceed stated sales goals/targets
• Respond to client questions and concerns including: coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, billing concerns, etc.

Qualifications And Experience

• OTL or RIBO and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview
• OTL will need to be obtained prior to start date at applicant cost with employer reimbursement after meeting set employment criteria
• LLQP will be required within 3 months of employment start date
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a Team environment
• You are required to have a valid driver's license
• You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate
