Job summary

Western Financial Group in Diamond Valley, Alberta is seeking an Insurance Advisor to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business, while building lasting relationships with customers to protect what matters most. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service across home and auto policies, and driving growth in a community-focused, national team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Professional communication in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Experience achieving sales targets is a plus.
• Experience with EPIC is an asset.

Insurance Advisor - Diamond Valley

As an Insurance Advisor you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will be build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email


• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy


• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets


• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities


• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

The value you bring

• You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate


• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset


• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs


• You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email


• Prior experience achieving sale targets in a similar or comparable role


• Working experience in EPIC an asset

• Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week
