Job summary

Western Financial Group in Beaverlodge, AB is hiring an Insurance Advisor to quote, sell and service home and auto policies by phone, in person, or by email.

You will build relationships, reach sales targets and follow up on client accounts; 35 hours per week in a supportive, people-first culture with wellness days and comprehensive benefits.

The role prefers a General Level 1 Insurance License and EPIC experience as assets, with compensation in the $47k-$51k range.

Qualifications

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs

• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person and by email
• Everyday you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
• You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business

The Value You Bring

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
