The successful candidate will develop leads, handle customer inquiries, and support marketing goals while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred across outside/inside channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer service orientation expected.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Strong presentation skills for potential customers.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or able to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries on insurance availability, coverages, changes, and billing.
