INSTRUCTOR THERAPIST

Our clients are incredible people seeking care in Hamilton & surrounding areas. Working with us, you would have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the community and have access to monthly team meetings and in-session supervision.

We are excited to work with you because:

• You are passionate about working with individuals of all ages, specifically in our children and youth population.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, including other Spark team members or community professionals.
• You are reliable and organized.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have at least 6 months working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or providing ABA therapy.
• You are able to provide one-to-one intervention in the home or community.

RATE OF PAY:

Starting at $48/hr

Requirements

• Cover letter outlining why you would be a great match for Spark. Tell us who you are!
• Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification.
• CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI (current certification).
• Smartphone with a data plan.
• A Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months).
• Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in a University program related to Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development.

Assets

• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Driver's License G class with access to a vehicle.
